About Overloaded
Where it's okay to not have it all figured out
My Mission
We are drowning in advice. Everyone is a specialist nowadays, every guru has the solution or productivity hack that will finally fix you. Did you notice that every "intellectual" nutritionist has a different "You should NOT consume this"? We live in a world with endless information, both sides of every issue are presented as absolute truths. So maybe you don't need more information. Maybe you need permission.
Overloaded isn't about adding to the noise, it's about creating space. Space to question. Space to be uncertain. You don't need an answer for everything. My mission is to actually make you reach the questions, and then, by your own critical thinking, find your own answers.

Why This Matters
Society is at the peak of depression, anxiety, burnout, uncertainty, and confusion. The reason? There are many, actually. We will never find a single reason, but now it's too late to go back to "Ignorance is bliss," isn't it? So I want to use this blog and the people who follow it to try our best to live better, even while being fully aware of the chaos.
The revolutionary act isn't finding all the answers. It's giving yourself permission to exist in the questions. To be confused, uncertain, and still moving forward. This platform exists as a reminder: you're not broken for feeling overwhelmed. You're human. And that's more than enough.
